We do our best to treat you as well and effectively as possible. If you are still not satisfied with our treatment, however, you may submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to info@knomc.nl. The relevant ENT doctor will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this with you. You can also contact an independent complaints committee or the Health Care Disputes Committee.
