HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY TREATMENT AT THE KNO MEDISCH CENTRUM?
We do our best to treat you as well and effectively as possible. If you are still not satisfied with our treatment, however, you may submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to info@knomc.nl. The relevant ENT doctor will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this with you. You can also contact an independent complaints committee or the Health Care Disputes Committee. WILL THE TREATMENT BE REIMBURSED?
If you are referred by your general practitioner or medical specialist, all treatments at the KNO Medisch Centrum will be covered by your health insurance. Naturally, you should also take into account the statutory excess. If your insurer does not cover all of the costs for the treatment, we will waive the portion not covered. This means that you never have to pay anything extra on top of your excess.
WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL SPECIALISTS WORK AT THE KNO MEDISCH CENTRUM?

WHY COME TO THE KNO MEDISCH CENTRUM INSTEAD OF THE HOSPITAL?
Because we focus on ENT surgical care, we know what will be necessary to help you quickly and effectively. In fact, we manage our health care so well that it is often much more effective than hospital care.
HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please always contact us by phone to do so. You cannot cancel or reschedule appointments online. If you cancel your appointment on time, we will be able to help another patient instead. You can also make a new appointment right away if you wish.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT
You should bring the following with you to your appointment:
- The health insurance card issued by your health insurance company
- Your appointment card
- A valid proof of identity (passport, driver's licence, identity card or residence permit)
- List of any medications you are taking, or the medications themselves
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
You can use the KNO Medisch Centrum car park free of charge.
If all of the parking spaces are occupied, there is also a car park at the rear of the building.
